- Candidates applying to our company are firstly invited by our HR department and later by the director of human resources for the second interview. Last interview is organized by the director of the department to which candidate is applying. Those who meet our criteria are offered a job.
- After candidates with the characteristics of the position sought in accordance with our corporate identity start to work in our company, those who were evaluated negatively will be informed within 7 working days at the latest.
- Employees of our different departments have the opportunity to be promoted according to their annual performance results which are analyzed by our HR director with the help of 360-degree performance assessment method.
